This policy covers the PhaseSync AI waitlist at phasesyncai.tech, run by PHASESYNC AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us").

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, work email, company, trade, and whether you're interested in AI estimating. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and block spam.

How we use it

We use your information only to tell you about PhaseSync AI: launch news, pilot invitations and product updates. We may also use it to understand which trades are interested in which features.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who helps us run the site

The site, waitlist database and spam check (Turnstile) run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes data for us under its own privacy terms. If we use an email service to send updates, it will receive your name and email only to deliver those messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the waitlist.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe option. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@phasesyncai.tech and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Children

The waitlist is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. A full privacy policy covering the PhaseSync AI app will be posted before the app opens.
